What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hour notice. Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, we charge 50% of the fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-show incur a 100% fee.

Do I need to commit to coming regularly?

No! You are in the driver's seat. Regular sessions are recommended at the start.

Can I have a meet and greet chat first?

Of course! You can book a free 15 minute chat to see if we are a fit.

I have something I need to ask before I commit but I feel embarrassed.

Please don’t ever feel embarrassed. I’ve heard it all. Mention it during our initial chat prior to joining.
