ABOUT ME
My practice is informed by lived experience. I therefore have a deep understanding of the benefits of working as a somatic therapist. I believe we all have our own unique challenges, and I tailor my response to your needs and presentation. My approach to therapy is collaborative and respectful. I look for habitual patterns that are often subtle. I allow you to stay the expert on your own life. I take note of your body as well as your mind and consider how the two work together.
Healing starts by (re)connecting to yourself first. You then open yourself up to opportunities for others to connect with you.
We can start wherever you are in this moment and take it at your own pace

As a certified practising therapist, I continue to undertake professional development training, including regular clinical supervision of my work. Since 2011, I have participated and trained in transpersonal groups, group psychodrama and also facilitated peer support groups. I completed two bachelor's degrees in counselling and psychology. I owe everything I hold dear to the mentors who taught me to sit with others while holding their experiences with compassion.
